I talked to my mother this morning about Scott.
New pulmonary doctor this morning.. He said that Scott is doing very well... He characterized it as 1 good day.. We need 3 good days to be firmly entrenched in improvement.
He did get the bigger bed.
They are changing out the "cuffs" on his legs that help with the prevention of blood clots.
He did say that he wanted Scott's lungs to not be stressed at all with moving around etc..
Some of the nurses that we saw earlier this week have rotated back on the schedule, so we are seeing familiar faces again.
Once again, the care that my brother is getting is awesome. The nurses in the hospital are not only technically more than competent; they truly care and show it. As a matter of fact, the entire city seems to feel this way. Every person that we spend any time talking to, always asks about how Scott is doing.
I think that continued prayers and patience are the order of the day!!
